- Submit your case. Describe the problem, your data and what success looks like. Attach files if they help.
- First assessment. We review it and reply, typically within two business days — with questions, a recommendation, or an honest "this isn't a good fit".
- Proposal. For a good fit, you receive a scoped proposal: deliverables, timeline and price.
- Delivery. We work in short, reviewable steps, with results validated before you rely on them.

Share only what you are authorised to share. If your data is confidential or regulated, describe it in words first and tick the sensitive-data box — we will agree on a secure way to exchange it.
